Our Story

From a Single Contract
to a Global Powerhouse

RODMOL Group was founded in 2004 by Jonathan Westbrook and three senior engineers with a single conviction: that the global infrastructure deficit could only be solved by EPC firms willing to go where others couldn't and stay until the job was truly done.

Beginning with a single $28M highway rehabilitation contract in West Asia, RODMOL has grown organically into one of the world's most respected multinational EPC firms. We did it without sacrificing quality for volume, or ethics for profit.

Today, with 9,800+ professionals across 38 countries and a $12B+ active portfolio, RODMOL remains privately held — and as committed to delivering on time, on budget, and with zero harm as we were on day one.

We believed then, and we prove every day, that exceptional engineering, exceptional people, and an unwavering commitment to delivery can overcome any obstacle — geological, geopolitical, or otherwise."

Twenty years later, RODMOL has delivered over $8 billion in successfully completed projects. We have rebuilt corridors destroyed by floods, built highways through deserts at 50°C, and installed bridges in conflict-adjacent zones — all on time and all to the highest international standards. I am immensely proud of every member of this team.
