Lead geometric design and drainage engineering for a 240km dual-carriageway project in East Africa. Requires minimum 10 years' experience in highway design with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads. FIDIC contract familiarity essential.
Oversee all field installation activities for a 1.2km prefabricated modular bridge project in Iraq. Must have hands-on experience managing heavy lift crane operations, post-tensioned concrete systems, and prefab steel deck installation in a FIDIC D&B environment.
Provide overall P&L and delivery leadership for RODMOL's East & Southern Africa portfolio (total contract value $2.1B). Minimum 20 years in EPC/infrastructure with demonstrable experience directing $500M+ projects. Pan-Africa government stakeholder relationships a strong advantage.
Manage end-to-end logistics for heavy equipment, modular components, and project consumables across multiple African and Middle Eastern projects. Oversee freight forwarding, customs clearance, port operations, and in-country distribution for project sites.
Conduct site investigations, soil testing, foundation analysis, and geotechnical reporting for highway and bridge foundation design. Experience with tropical laterite soils and expansive subgrade conditions strongly preferred. Chartered membership (CEng, PE, or equivalent) required.
Develop, implement, and monitor RODMOL's HSE management systems across mining access road and industrial facility projects in Botswana. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent mandatory. Minimum 12 years' HSE in heavy civil/EPC with demonstrable zero-harm culture leadership.
