At Rodmol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Tags, labels, and any included accessories must remain intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@rodmol.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we only offer refunds. For exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Rodmol is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@rodmol.com.

We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
